WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW? |
| Well, it’s clear that you have the
desire to succeed. That’s half the battle. The other
half is knowing how to do the job. |

Now, you need to follow these steps: |
STEP ONE – decide where you want to
work. It may be at home in your spare room (if you have
one)! It may be at a friend’s office.
STEP TWO – you need a computer and an internet
connection (the faster the better).
STEP THREE – you need a phone (a landline) and a cell-phone.
STEP FOUR – you need to think of a name to use. It
should be snappy and it should reflect the business you
are going to deal with. ‘Office Staff’' tells people
that you deal with exactly that, for example.
STEP FIVE – you need to know that there is a market for
the sort of people you want to recruit. If you live in
an oil town, then it’s pretty logical to think about
recruiting for oil companies. Check out the competition.
Go into an agency and see what sort of companies they
deal with. Don’t ask them, though, except as a candidate
who is looking for a job. Get a feel for who needs staff
where you live.
